I'm building ScoutEasy, an AI-powered sports assessment platform that analyses match and training videos to build an athlete's performance profile.

An athlete simply uploads a video. ScoutEasy's AI evaluates the performance and scores the key attributes required for that sport on a 1–10 scale.

For football, these include:

Ball Control • Dribbling • Passing • Shooting • Pace • Strength • Stamina • Tackling • Positioning • Decision Making

Every new upload updates the athlete's profile, allowing scouts to see not only how good a player is today, but how quickly they are improving.

Imagine a 16-year-old footballer in Kano uploading one match every month. Over two years, his AI profile shows measurable progress:

Dribbling: 6.4 → 7.2 → 8.1

Passing: 5.9 → 6.8 → 7.4

Decision Making: 4.8 → 6.9 → 8.0

Growth becomes just as valuable as talent.

After every assessment, ScoutEasy also generates personalised AI coaching.

Scouts, clubs and academies can search athletes by sport, location, age, position and specific performance attributes, helping them discover talented players who might otherwise remain unseen.
